The WPT was created by Steven Lipscomb, the CEO of World Poker Tour Enterprise, who was an attorney and TV producer. PokerStars Players NL Hold'em Championship

A staggering 1,039 players took part in the first-ever PokerStars Players NL Hold’em Championship (PSPC) in 2019, making it the largest $25,000 buy-in poker tournament ever held. With $1,000,000 added to first place, and $8,000,000 to the prize pool via Platinum Pass awards, the PSPC attracted players from around the world, including 320 Platinum Pass qualifiers, who each won their seat via a series of promotions and giveaways held throughout 2018.

APT IS BACK

The Asian Poker Tour is back in India with its first ever online tour in the country! A massive prize pool of INR 8 Crores awaits the players. The series will be played out from 15th-26th January and include a total of 48 tournaments

The APT India Online Series 2021 will have a daily leaderboard and an overall leaderboard series worth INR 50 Lakhs.
